Hotel Sorrento City

Room 303 presented a bizarre setup with a window that opened into a curtained-off cubicle rather than an actual courtyard view as I expected. The bathroom design was awkward, necessitating a climb up five steps to reach the shower and toilet area, which lacked privacy. Even the rooftop bar's snacks needed attention, with stale crisps and nuts failing to meet expectations, while drink offers were not clearly communicated.

The food was incredible, with a lot of options.

The staff were polite, efficient and very helpful. The hotel is ideally located in the main street and just around the corner from the train station. The room was lovely and had a small balcony, the beds were very comfortable and the shower excellent.

A good stay in the heart

Waking up to the smell of fresh pastries and savoring the perfectly brewed coffee was an absolute joy. The rooftop terrace offered a peaceful retreat, and the staff were really good, especially during breakfast prep for our early tour.

The room was slightly tight for our family of four, leading to some bumps as we maneuvered around. While the air conditioning was effective, it didn't reach the bathroom area, made for a humid evening or two.

Location near the train station was a dream. Breakfast each morning featured a good variety, fresh pastries, and savory options. The rooftop bar offered fine views, perfect for winding down after a day exploring. Staff across all shifts were engaging and quick to respond to requests. Our room had some noise from the reception area, especially in the mornings. It would be great if soundproofing could improve. No major complaints, but those little things do impact the overall comfort. An enjoyable stay with friendly vibes!

The room is functional and large with comfy bed, everything is good. It has very pleasant and accommodating employees.

It was just a commendable fit for a walk in the evening in Sorrento with reasonable price. The breakfast room had a nice selection of hot and cold foods, perfect for starting the day. Make sure to check out the nearby supermarket for snacks and drinks before heading out.

Excellent place with amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. The staff was kind to my elderly parents during our first stay. I highly recommend enjoying breakfast in the lounge area. I'm coming back for a holiday.

The hotel staff were more than helpful. They were thoughtful and considerate. Having no language issues was very bennificial. Gave great suggestions and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Luxurious hotel, it offers excellent services and magnificent location really close to ferries to other parts of Italy, and Handy to train. Quiet atmosphere, however some people working here are normal. We would recomand this place.

Family suited hotel with great staff

The breakfast was a highlight, with everything from fresh fruits to delicious pastries that were different each day.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but honestly, it was worth every euro.
